Who processes it

Arctant (representative Won-yi Jang) processes the information below in order to reply to project inquiries. Contact: wonyi@arctant.com.

What is collected

The inquiry form collects the following.

• Required: name or company, contact (email or phone), project description, and whether you consented
• Optional: project type, budget range, and hoped-for timing
• Automatic: the time of the inquiry, and a hash of the connecting IP (the raw IP is not stored)

Why

To reply, and for the consultation and contract that may follow. It is not used for marketing.

How long

Records are deleted one year after the inquiry is received. A daily job removes anything older. You can email to ask for deletion sooner.

Where it is kept

The inquiry is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc., and a notification is sent to the address above through Cloudflare Email Sending. Cloudflare is the processor for that. The information is not sold or shared for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your inquiry. Email wonyi@arctant.com and it will be handled after the request is confirmed.
